We specialize in analysis, design, evaluation, monitoring, and rehabilitation for transportation infrastructure projects, supporting both new and existing projects.

The Role

Responsibilities
  • Lead & manage projects: oversee planning, coordination, and execution of geotechnical and structural projects.
  • Solve complex engineering problems: perform advanced analysis and design using cutting-edge tools.
  • Mentor & develop talent: guide junior engineers and foster professional growth.
  • Client & team collaboration: engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Field work & site coordination: conduct explorations and oversee construction activities (10% travel required).
  • Business development: contribute to proposals and develop client relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in industry, with strong soil-structure interaction background.
  • Licensing: PE license required.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, GeoStudio Suite, PLAXIS, SAP2000, Ensoft.
  • Additional: valid U.S. driver’s license.
Compensation

Typically $95,000 - $110,000 annually, based on location and experience, with specifics depending on various factors including qualifications and work location.
