Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC is seeking Project Coordinators with diverse, multi-discipline skills for Austin/San Antonio. You will liaison between Geo-instruments and clients, coordinate with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians, and develop proposals and monitoring plans for field deployments.

Ideal candidates have experience in construction or industrial projects, strong communication, and readiness for travel. The role combines field activities with office coordination in a tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Background in land surveying or commercial construction is beneficial.
• Instrumentation systems and remote measurements experience preferred.
• Familiarity with scripting (Javascript, Python) is a plus.
• Experience with electrical fabrication or industrial maintenance is helpful.
• Sales or business development experience is a bonus.
• PM-like self-starting attitude, teamwork, and chaos organization are valued.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Microsoft Business software products is a must.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Geo-instruments and customers to coordinate projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians to develop solutions.
• Write proposals and monitoring plans; work with Technicians to install and maintain systems.
• Maintain good communications and relations with customers and sub-contractors.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
