Job summary

GEO-Instruments, a Keller company, is seeking Project Coordinators in Austin/San Antonio, TX. The role involves liaising with customers, drafting proposals and monitoring plans, and coordinating with engineers and technicians to install and maintain geotechnical and structural monitoring systems.

Candidates should bring experience in construction, commercial installations, or industrial projects, be tech-minded, and enjoy hands-on field activities. Travel with some nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• PMs must be self-starters, good at working with others, and able to create order out of chaos.
• Travel: This position requires travel with occasional night and weekend work and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Microsoft Business software products is a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between GEO-Instruments and customers to develop solutions with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Write proposals and monitoring plans for projects.
• Install, commission, and maintain systems through the project life cycle.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and sub-contractors.
