Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC is seeking Project Coordinators with diverse, multi-discipline skills for Austin/San Antonio. You will liaison between Geo-instruments and clients, coordinate with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians, and develop proposals and monitoring plans for field deployments.

Ideal candidates have experience in construction or industrial projects, strong communication, and readiness for travel. The role combines field activities with office coordination in a tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Background in land surveying or commercial construction is beneficial.
• Instrumentation systems and remote measurements experience preferred.
• Familiarity with scripting (Javascript, Python) is a plus.
• Experience with electrical fabrication or industrial maintenance is helpful.
• Sales or business development experience is a bonus.
• PM-like self-starting attitude, teamwork, and chaos organization are valued.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Microsoft Business software products is a must.

Company Logo Overview GEO-Instruments, a Keller company, provides geotechnical and structural monitoring services. We supply, install, and integrate geotechnical and structural sensors, along with geomatic systems. We automate the collection, processing, visualization, and delivery of data. We are currently looking for Project Coordinators with diverse, multiple discipline skill sets to join our team. We are looking for candidates based in Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• This position is the liaison between Geo-instruments and our customers.
• Project Coordinators work with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians to develop solutions for our customers.
• The Project Coordinator writes proposals, monitoring plans, and then works with Instrument Technicians to install, commission, and maintain the systems through the project life cycle.
• An important part of the job is maintaining good communications and relations with customers and sub-contractors.
• Project Coordinators need excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills.
• Project Coordinators must have experience in construction, commercial installations or industrial projects.
• They must be technology minded and enjoy hands‑on field activities.

Qualifications

Skills for either position should include one or two of the following, combined with an interest and desire for further development.

• Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Land Surveying, commercial construction
• Mechanical and electromechanical systems
• Instrumentation systems, Remote measurements
• Experience working with scripting languages such as Javascript and Python
• Electrical, Fabrication, Industrial maintenance
• Sales, Business development
• Attitude: PMs must be self-starters, good at working with others, and able create order out of chaos.
• Travel: This position requires travel with occasional night and weekend work. Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Microsoft Business software products are a must.
• Candidates must work well with others, be able to work in the field, be a self-starter, and be able create order out of chaos.

Additional Information

• Salary Range : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
