Job summary

GEO-Instruments is seeking Project Coordinators to join our Austin or San Antonio teams. The role centers on coordinating between customers, sales, engineers, and technicians to develop solutions and manage monitoring projects from proposal to system installation and maintenance.

Candidates should have hands-on field experience in construction or industrial settings, strong communication skills, and comfort with travel, including nights or weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil/geotechnical/structural environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between GEO-Instruments and customers; coordinate with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Write proposals and monitoring plans for projects.
• Assist technicians to install, commission, and maintain systems throughout project life cycle.
