ECS Group of Companies seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage our Atlanta office as Group Manager. You will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch in the Atlanta area.

You will mentor geotechnical and construction materials engineers, manage lab operations, review technical reports, and prepare proposals while driving department P&L. Leadership and marketing skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 8+ years of related experience.
• ABET-accredited B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Proficient with geotechnical principles.
• Experience in laboratory testing, construction observation, and field QA testing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and marketing skills.
• Leadership qualifications and business development orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers.
• Oversee and manage all laboratory operations.
• Lead projects, perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and manage department/group P&L.
• Assist staff in marketing services and develop client interactions.
• Interact with senior staff and mentor junior staff members.
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining adequate staff levels in the group.

Educación

ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.)
