ECS Group of Companies in Atlanta seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage our Atlanta office as Group Manager. You will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Lead and mentor geotechnical and construction materials engineers, oversee laboratory operations, review technical reports, and drive proposals and group P&L. You will recruit, develop client relationships, and work with senior staff to grow the business.

Formación

• 8 years of related experience in geotechnical/construction materials engineering
• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree (BS/MS) required
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiary
• Strong leadership and business development orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers
• Oversee laboratory operations
• Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals, and manage group P&L
• Assist with marketing by maintaining and developing client interactions
• Interact with senior staff and mentor junior staff
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining staff levels in your group
