ECS Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Group Manager to lead the Atlanta office, mentoring engineers, technicians, and project managers while driving client relationships and profitability.

The role oversees multidisciplinary geotechnical and construction materials projects, manages budgets and staff, and grows new business opportunities to advance the branch's growth and safety culture.

Position & Office Overview

Responsibilities

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Atlanta office. As the Group Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.

Required Education & Certifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.

Preferred Education & Certifications:

• MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
