• 5+ years of laboratory experience required.
• Experience supervising and reviewing the work of lab technicians.
• Geotechnical soils laboratory testing preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, supplies, and software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical soils laboratory testing and supervise daily lab operations.
• Maintain laboratory accreditation, certifications, and calibrations.
• Use and maintain scientific testing equipment and process test data.
• Present test results and communicate progress to clients and staff.
• Ensure testing practices comply with standards and QA policies.
• Supervise and review the work of lab technicians and interact with stakeholders.
