Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
• Lead staff training, development, performance reviews, and resource utilization.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates to ensure proper scoping and profitability.
• Develop and manage staffing plans, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Plan and execute annual business plans for the specialty group.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue growth, billings, collections, and profitability.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify project risks and promote quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
