Job summary

Terracon in Woodway, Texas is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise all projects in the department, manage proposals and cost estimates, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years without a degree.

You will also lead business development activities and ensure project profitability and quality standards are met. A Master’s degree or PhD is preferred, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of practice experience in a technical discipline or 9 years of related experience without a degree.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise or monitor all projects to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for clients.
• Manage employee staffing and on-boarding processes.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety practices.
• Monitor quality standards and improve project delivery.

Education
