Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking a Construction Field Technician to join our Bridgeville, PA team.

You will work on active construction sites, performing field observations and testing to support geotechnical and environmental projects. The role involves monitoring soil moisture and density with nuclear gauges, testing concrete and asphalt, documenting activities, and producing daily field reports.

Qualifications

• Field observation and testing on geotechnical and environmental projects.
• 0-3 years experience in the Geotechnical or Construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform field observation and testing to support geotechnical and environmental projects
• Monitor and test soil moisture and density using a nuclear density gauge
• Conduct testing of concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
• Observe and document construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Prepare clear, accurate daily field reports and test summaries to document work performed
