CJ Geo is seeking a Geotechnical Construction Laborer to drive field operations across the eastern United States. Expect high starting pay with OT, per diem, and prevailing wage, plus comprehensive training and clear growth paths in a values-driven team.

You will set up sites, operate specialized grouting equipment, and travel weekly from Monday to Friday, with home weekends. The role requires a valid license, physical stamina, and willingness to learn in a safety-focused environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel weekly across the eastern region.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds and working long shifts in all weather.
• Basic computer and smartphone literacy for communication and time tracking.

Mansioni

• Execute field setup by laying pump lines, preparing formwork, and organizing site equipment.
• Operate cement silos, grout pumps, foam generators, and rock drills.
• Transport equipment to project sites safely while complying with DOT regulations.
• Perform polyurethane, permeation and cellular concrete grouting applications under supervision.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and grouting tools.
• Participate in up to 8 weeks of safety and technical training to expand skills.
