Qualifications

• Must pass a background check per company standards.
• Willing and able to perform physically strenuous work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to read and understand basic safety and instruction manuals.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and practices.
• Installs reinforcing materials for concrete construction.
• Moves soil materials with hand tools and equipment when trained.
• Sets up grouting and concrete operation and related materials.
• Supports concrete installation process including finishing work.
• Operates, cleans and maintains equipment when trained.
• Safeguards company equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Load/unload materials onto trucks using forklifts when trained.
• Work up to 12 hour days; 7 days per week if necessary.
