CJ Geo is seeking a Geotechnical Construction Laborer to drive field operations across the eastern United States. Expect high starting pay with OT, per diem, and prevailing wage, plus comprehensive training and clear growth paths in a values-driven team.

You will set up sites, operate specialized grouting equipment, and travel weekly from Monday to Friday, with home weekends. The role requires a valid license, physical stamina, and willingness to learn in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds and working long shifts in all weather.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
• Experience working in construction environments or performing hands-on mechanical work.
• Full flexibility to travel weekly from Monday through Friday across the eastern region.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and work long shifts in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer and smartphone literacy for communication and time tracking.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of an OSHA 10 or higher safety certification.
• Up to 3 years of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or ambition to obtain one.
