Responsibilities

• Set up field operations by laying pump lines, forming, and organizing equipment.
• Operate cement silos, grout pumps, foam generators, and rock drills.
• Transport equipment to sites and comply with DOT rules.
• Perform polyurethane, permeation, and cellular groutings under supervision.
• Maintain and clean grouting tools and vehicles.
• Attend up to 8 weeks of technical and safety training to expand skills.

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in executing high-impact and sophisticated geotechnical projects using specialized cellular concrete, polyurethane, permeation grouting equipment across the eastern United States. How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute field setup by laying pump lines, preparing formwork, and organizing site equipment.
• Operate specialized machinery including cement silos, grout pumps, foam generators, and rock drills.
• Transport equipment to project sites safely while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Perform polyurethane, permeation and cellular concrete grouting applications under direct field supervision.
• Conduct routine maintenance and thorough cleaning of specialized vehicles and grouting tools.
• Participate in up to 8 weeks of technical and safety training to expand your operational skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
• Experience working in construction environments or performing hands-on mechanical work.
• Full flexibility to travel weekly from Monday through Friday across the eastern region.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and work long shifts in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer and smartphone literacy for communication and time tracking.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of an OSHA 10 or higher safety certification.
• Up to 3 years of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ambition to obtain one.
