Responsibilities

• Review project plans and sites to determine equipment and manpower needs.
• Directly supervise or operate exploration equipment in challenging locations.
• Supervise field crews and ensure subsurface explorations follow standard procedures.
• Monitor crew productivity and coordinate with supervisors and drilling teams daily.
• Plan sampling operations and provide technical guidance for subsurface work.
• Maintain equipment and manage material inventories for drill crews.
