SC&A is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with strong knowledge of the design, construction, and operation of landfills and surface impoundments, as well as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Candidates should have a BS or MS in geotechnical, civil, or environmental engineering. Applicants must be U.S. residents, living in the United States, and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage, coordinate, and communicate progress and issues related to the financial aspects of projects.
