SC&A is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with strong knowledge of the design, construction, and operation of landfills and surface impoundments and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Candidates should have a geotechnical, civil or environmental engineering BS or MS. Candidates must be US Citizens, live in the United States, and have at least 10 years of experience. The proposed candidate should have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage, coordinate, and communicate progress and any problems on the financial aspects of the work.
