Qualifications

• 16+ years of Geotechnical Engineering/Engineering Sales experience.
• Proven track record of external customer engagements and building client relationships.
• P.E. license; reciprocity in multiple states.
• Willingness to learn GAI-specific project management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical projects and staff within the Power Generation Group.
• Technically lead engineering tasks in geotechnical area of expertise.
• Function as a seller/doer and identify, chase, and win new business opportunities.
• Actively engages in business development activities and client relationship management.
