Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Tulsa team, driving site investigations, analyses, and foundation design for challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License, preference to State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations to assess soil and rock conditions
• Perform geotechnical analysis and calculations
• Design foundations, retaining structures, and slope stabilization systems
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate geotechnical considerations
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to geotechnical specifications
• Prepare clear and concise reports and recommendations
• Track budgets & project financials for accuracy; invoice clients appropriately.
• Maintain positive business relationships with clients, government officials, contractors, etc.
• Participate in professional meetings and/or business development functions as needed.
