Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Geotechnical Engineer I to assist with preparing plans, specifications and reports, and to perform basic analyses under supervision in Atlanta, GA.

The role includes field visits, regulatory coordination, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, with growth opportunities and EIT credential support offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 1–5 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing engineering plans, specs and reports.
• Perform basic engineering calculations under supervision.
• Support design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Conduct site visits and data collection.
• Assist with permitting and regulatory coordination.
• Participate in internal project meetings and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Support project delivery, budgeting, and scheduling tasks.
