You will work with engineers, geologists, lab staff, and field technicians on commercial and transportation projects, with opportunities for growth and increased leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, geology, or a closely related field.
  • Four to six years of geotechnical engineering or engineering geology experience.
  • PE or PG licensure; eligible for licensure within ~12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate subsurface investigations with project managers, including boring locations and schedules.
  • Lead field investigations; classify soil/rock samples; prepare boring logs.
  • Coordinate laboratory testing and interpret results.
  • Perform geotechnical calculations for foundations, slopes, and pavements.
  • Develop geotechnical reports and provide field coordination support.
