Terracon is seeking an Exploration Team Member in the Pittsburgh area to perform subsurface exploration using drilling and in-situ testing methods. You will work as part of a team to advance boreholes, install monitoring wells, and collect soil and rock samples.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience, with a valid driver's license. DOT medical card may be required within the first 30 days of employment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience minimum.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history may be required.
• Licensure in drilling/well installation may be required where applicable.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate geotechnical drill rig to advance shallow boreholes in soil.
• Oversee a 2-man drill crew in all drilling tasks.
• Install instrumentation and monitoring wells.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct basic surveying and site reconnaissance; obtain utility clearances.
