Job summary

Seequent in Denver is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist with a focus on OpenGround and geotechnical data management. You will deliver demonstrations, guide evaluations, and lead implementation and onboarding to drive customer adoption.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to tailor trials, collect feedback, and support upgrades while maintaining strong customer relationships and travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in geoscience or related field.
• Five+ years in geotechnical engineering, mining, civil infra, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical data lifecycle and data management systems.
• Experience in technical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and webinars aligned to customer challenges.
• Lead software implementation, onboarding, and coaching for customer adoption.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to test functionality and support evolution.
• Bridge technical and business needs with customers, sales, and developers.
