Job summary

Seequent is seeking a Manager, Technical Solutions, Geotechnical Information Management, to lead demonstrations, implementations, and customer support for geotechnical data management, focusing on OpenGround. You will partner with customers across their lifecycle, guiding trials, onboarding, and adoption.

The role requires a geoscience-related degree and 5+ years in geotechnical engineering or related fields, with strong data lifecycle expertise and a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in geoscience-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, mining, civil infrastructure, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the geotechnical data lifecycle and information management systems.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting complex data management solutions.
• Technical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing solution delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and webinars aligning customer challenges with the right solutions.
• Lead software implementation, onboarding, and coaching activities to drive successful customer adoption.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering practical solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test new functionality and support product evolution.
• Bridge technical and business requirements by working with customers, sales teams, and developers.
• Support product upgrades and go-to-market initiatives to maximise customer success.
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
