Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or Geology preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in specialty geotechnical construction project management.
• Some business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review bid boards to develop prospective leads.
• Perform project cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit proposals.
• Prepare bid submittals, project experience, staff resumes, equipment lists, etc.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and negotiate with bidders.
• Scheduling dispatching crews and coordinating subcontracts and rentals.
• Monitor project budget and profitability; ensure safety and conformance with drawings.
