Keller Foundations, LLC in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a results-driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will handle contract administration, including bid work, purchase orders, change orders, and financial tracking with the Branch Manager and project engineers.

You will prepare take-offs, maintain project documentation, assist with pre-bid qualifications, monitor progress, and coordinate with field teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management and accounting experience in construction.
• AS/BS in business, accounting, finance, legal studies or construction management preferred.
• Independent thinker, well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential projects and review documents with project manager.
• Download plans, specs, geotechnical reports and addenda from plan rooms; maintain documentation.
• Assist with pre-bid qualifications and bidders list; complete initial project take-off.
• Monitor project progress and notify the project manager of changes.
