Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead geotechnical construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, work closely with clients and the project team, and ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to develop proposals, monitor finances, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and coordinate with management for strategy and growth.
• Prepare proposals including risk assessment, estimating, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Plan and schedule with the project team to maximize profitability.
• Build and lead effective project teams and ensure work meets requirements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and A/R throughout the project.
