Keller Foundations, LLC in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a results-driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will handle contract administration, including bid work, purchase orders, change orders, and financial tracking with the Branch Manager and project engineers.
You will prepare take-offs, maintain project documentation, assist with pre-bid qualifications, monitor progress, and coordinate with field teams.

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this position, you will be responsible for contract administration duties, including target and job initiation, purchase orders, change orders, general contract administration, material accrual, bid file assembly including plan retrieval and printing; accounting administration duties including bonds, insurance, lien waivers, weekly revenue summary, and filing. You will be working directly with the Branch Manager, Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents to develop and provide the business leaders meaningful financial tools they need to make real time decisions regarding their projects.
Qualified candidates will have several years of experience in project management / accounting and relevant hands-on experience within the construction industry. A.S. or B.S. with concentrated focus including business, accounting, finance, legal studies and/or construction management preferred. Must be an independent thinker, well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills. Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary.
Other requirements include:
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
