Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a senior geotechnical leader to build and mentor a capable team, delivering high-quality geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT) services. You will lead project teams, assist with client development, help win work, and raise ECS’s profile in the marketplace across regional projects and large-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering; ABET accredited programs preferred.
• 10–15 years of technical and managerial experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the geotechnical team, and perform hands-on work.
• Develop staff and promote ECS in the marketplace.
• Manage and mentor CMT/geotechnical staff.
• Collaborate with CMT and geotechnical projects.
• Provide senior-level review and preparation of geotechnical reports.
• Drive client relationships and business development.
• Market ECS services and contribute to marketing efforts.

• Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff

• Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects

• Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services

• An affinity for marketing and business development

Qualifications
