Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Drill Operator to join our heavy civil and infrastructure team. You will operate truck/track/ATV-mounted drilling rigs, perform geotechnical work, and ensure safety protocols on-site across U.S. projects.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong math skills, and be willing to travel as needed. Physical activity and outdoor work are required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be willing to travel out-of-town and -state as needed.
• Basic geometry, algebra, and mathematics skills required.

Responsabilités

• Observe OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Operate drilling equipment including truck, track and ATV-mounted drills.
• Perform geotechnical and environmental drilling with HSA, air and mud rotary, and direct push methods.
• Read diagrams and drill holes to specified locations and depths.
• Monitor and maintain equipment; conduct pre-use checklists and post-use inspections.
