Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a Staff Associate to support the Geostructures team in preliminary design, plan development, and limited construction oversight.

The candidate should be proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a multidisciplinary firm. Ideal candidates pursue an EIT, hold an ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree (Geotechnical/Structural emphasis), and are willing to travel regionally with safety-conscious procedures.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited program in Civil Engineering Geotechnical/Structural emphasis.
• 0–2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in relevant fields.
• Currently in progress towards Engineer-in-Training (EIT).

Responsibilities

• Support preliminary Geostructural design and plan development needs.
• Assist in field procedures and data collection under supervision.
• Contribute to team discussions and project workflows.
• Attend client meetings with supervision to build communication awareness.
• Maintain documentation quality and comply with QA/QC processes.
