BLE’s Geostructures team is growing. We are seeking a staff associate to support the delivery of Geostructural services with typical day-to-day activities consisting primarily of preliminary Geostructural design, Geostructural plan development, and limited construction oversight.

The ideal candidate is a proactive engineer who communicates well, collaborates effectively, and is eager to grow within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Geotechnical/Structural emphasis or ABET-equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Pursuing Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and able to travel for site work.

Responsibilities

• Support preliminary geostructural design and plan development.
• Assist in fieldwork and site visits with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with drafters and geotechnical staff.
• Prepare client communications and deliverables under supervision.
• Track project tasks and assist in documentation and QA/QC.
