BLE’s Geostructures team is growing in Greenville, SC, and we are seeking a staff associate to support preliminary Geostructural design, plan development, and field oversight. The ideal candidate communicates well, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and is eager to grow.

Qualifications include an ABET-accredited Associate degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical/Structural emphasis, 0–2 years of experience, and progress toward EIT.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical/Structural emphasis from ABET.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Currently in progress toward Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally to project sites, with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support preliminary Geostructural design and plan development.
• Assist in field oversight and data collection for projects.
• Collaborate with drafters and geotechnical staff under supervision.
• Learn applicable design codes and QA/QC procedures.
