Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a Staff Associate to assist in Geostructural design, plan development, and limited construction oversight. This role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and growth toward professional licensure.

The ideal candidate will be early in their career with an ABET-accredited civil engineering background and an EIT path already in progress. You will travel regularly to local and regional project sites, engage with senior engineers

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Eng. degree preferred with geotech/structural emphasis.
• Pursuing Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is expected.
• 0–2 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support preliminary Geostructural design and plan development.
• Assist in construction oversight and fieldwork as needed.
• Collaborate with geotechnical staff and drafters on project tasks.
• Contribute to client communications and documentation QA/QC.
