Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a staff associate to support Geostructural services with design and field oversight.

The ideal candidate communicates well, collaborates, and is eager to grow within a multidisciplinary team. The role requires an Associate degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical/Structural emphasis), 0–2 years experience, progress toward EIT, and willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in relevant fields.
• Currently in progress towards obtaining Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
• Willingness to travel regularly to local and regional project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Geostructural design and plan development.
• Assist in drafting drawings and calculations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and drafters.
• Participate in QA/QC processes.
