Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of related experience as an engineering consultant/designer in geostructural or geotechnical fields.
• Strong leadership, client engagement, and revenue-growth capabilities.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of geostructural systems and associated design practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic business plans for geostructural service line.
• Drives growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with contractors, clients, and industry partners.
• Leads and develops a team of engineers and technical professionals.
• Oversees project delivery, including design, calculations, and reporting.
• Reviews and approves project deliverables such as plans and analyses.
• Evaluates contractor submittals and testing documentation.
• Ensures high-quality technical execution across projects.
• Manages staffing, workload, and team performance.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the service line.
• Ensures compliance with QMS and company standards.
• Supports geotechnical project work during service line development.
• Prepares budgets, proposals, and project financials.
