Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience in geostructural/geotechnical consulting.
• Promotion to ECS Associate Principal or Principal within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic plans for the geostructural service line.
• Drives growth by pursuing new business opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with contractors, clients, and industry partners.
• Leads and develops a team of engineers and technical professionals.
• Oversees project delivery, including design, calculations, and reporting.
• Reviews and approves project deliverables (plans, specs, analyses).
• Evaluates contractor submittals (materials, procedures, testing).
• Ensures high-quality technical execution across projects.
• Manages staffing, workload, and team performance.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the service line.
• Ensures compliance with QMS and company standards.
• Supports geotechnical project work during service line development.
• Prepares and reviews proposals, budgets, and project financials.
