Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Geology or related field.
• 10 years of related engineering consulting/designer experience in geostructural/geotechnical.
• Ability to meet ECS Associate Principal/Principal promotion within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow geostructural service line with strategic plans.
• Oversee project delivery: design, calculations, reporting.
• Develop and mentor engineers and technical staff.
• Manage staffing, workloads, and performance.
• Engage clients, pursue new business opportunities.
