Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with remote sensing projects.
• Strong networking, negotiating and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote sensing project life-cycle from proposal development to final delivery and closeout.
• Lead LiDAR and photogrammetry operations in office and field.
• Perform quality control of remote sensing activities and deliverables.
• Support business development and grow geospatial services for the firm.
• Oversee growth and profitability of the company.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic operational goals and KPIs.
• Plan and manage long-term business success strategy.
• Identify capital investments, strategic alliances, hires, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and train field and office staff.
• Ensure work is performed safely.
