Job summary

Esri is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-enabled ArcGIS initiatives, shaping roadmaps and collaborating with engineering, design, and partnerships. You will drive customer research, pricing guidance, and launch planning to deliver responsible and impactful AI across ArcGIS.

The role requires 2+ years in product management or related roles, strong communication, and a background in GIS/engineering. Expect 10–20% travel and a focus on governance, privacy, and responsible AI across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or related technical role.
• Ability to define product strategy and work with engineering and design.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate GIS and AI workflows into clear, actionable requirements.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features or collaborating with AI teams.
• Travel: 10–20% for meetings, visits, events.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and market signals into structured product requirements and a prioritized roadmap.
• Collaborate with software development through AI product lifecycles.
• Engage partners and global teams to expand AI adoption and gather insights.
• Develop and support launch plans with Product Marketing, create messaging and demos.
• Support Sales and Engineering with competitive guidance, demos, and pricing input.
• Lead customer-facing programs, beta tests, and advisory sessions.
• Maintain feedback loops and synthesize data for prioritization in Productboard.
• Establish dashboards and cross-team rhythms to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, and IT to ensure governance and responsible AI.
