Esri is seeking a product marketing manager to drive awareness, demand and adoption of ArcGIS products. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, and analyze market trends to refine product positioning.

Responsibilities include go-to-market planning, leading product launches, creating engaging content, and tracking KPIs to measure success. This role may require travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product, industry, or corporate marketing; communications; business development; or similar field.
• Proven verbal and written communications skills; ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with current marketing software, systems, and tools.
• Understanding of common marketing concepts and best practices.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills; led programs or high-visibility projects.
• Self-starter, detail- and task-oriented; can manage multiple priorities with leadership guidance.
• Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time to customer sites, conferences, trade shows, and other strategic meetings.

Responsabilités

• Develop go-to-market strategies for Esri products.
• Spearhead the communication strategy for product changes, lifecycle, and pricing at events/tradeshows.
• Understand user and buyer needs to create personas, positioning, and messaging.
• Lead, coordinate, and execute product launches, releases, internal communications, and multi-channel enablement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate key product information and drive awareness and adoption.
• Create engaging content including web pages, videos, case studies, press releases, ads, and product resources.
• Provide insight into competitive capabilities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product performance in market.
