• Lead a high-velocity squad transitioning geospatial AI into a market-ready product.
• Define success metrics, scope, and engineering discipline to ensure durable product.
• Coach engineers, foster psychological safety, and mentor across fullstack to Applied AI roles.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate research into production-ready systems delivering real value.
• Establish evaluation-led development with automated benchmarks before feature work.
