YO AI Labs is seeking a GIS & Geospatial AI Expert as a remote contractor. You will contribute domain knowledge, document workflows, and evaluate AI-generated solutions for geospatial problems using Python and modern AI agents.

The ideal candidate combines GIS, remote sensing, and spatial analytics expertise with hands-on AI coding agent experience, delivering clear explanations and practical evaluations for real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analytics and Python.
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Science).
• Ability to document complex workflows for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis on GIS, geospatial data, remote sensing and spatial analytics.
• Document advanced workflows and AI agent-based approaches.
• Describe real-world tasks where AI agents execute multi-step technical workflows.
