Interns will support subsurface evaluation efforts tied to exploration and development projects, gaining hands-on exposure to geologic and seismic interpretation and subsurface mapping. Ideal candidates have strong academic backgrounds in stratigraphy, sedimentology, and structural geology, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and are proficient

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor, master, or doctorate degree in a geoscience program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across disciplines
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications
• Possess deductive reasoning skills and be able to analyze and synthesize information for problem solving
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, and demonstrate effective project coordination, facilitation, and implementation

Responsibilities

• Support subsurface evaluation efforts related to exploration and development projects
• Obtain hands-on experience in geologic and seismic interpretation
• Contribute to subsurface mapping and analysis
• Demonstrate ability to generate geologic maps and progress into interpretation, projection, and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate effectively across disciplines
