EOG Resources, Inc. in Houston, TX invites university students pursuing geoscience degrees to join our Geoscience Intern program.

You'll assist with subsurface evaluation for exploration and development projects and gain hands-on experience in geologic and seismic interpretation, mapping, and analysis. Preference given to students with strong academics in stratigraphy, sedimentology, structural geology, log analysis, and geophysical interpretation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor, master, or doctorate degree in a geoscience program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support subsurface evaluation efforts for exploration and development projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in geologic and seismic interpretation, mapping and analysis.
• Develop geologic maps and progress to interpretation, projection, and actionable recommendations
