Job summary

Path Light Pro in Florida seeks a Full-Time Entry-Level Stormwater Erosion Inspector to join our client-focused team. You will conduct site evaluations for EPA Stormwater and OSHA safety, verify BMPs and energy code compliance, and maintain detailed records.

This outdoor, independent role requires travel to remote sites, reliability in all weather, and strong communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

AA/AS Degree or Trade/Vocational Degree.
Knowledge of general construction and environmental regulations is a plus.
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground.
Must have dependable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
Positive team player.
Must be able to travel and work at remote sites.

Responsibilities

Conduct construction site evaluations to assess EPA Stormwater and OSHA Safety compliance.
Verify erosion/sediment control practices (BMPs), safety measures and energy code requirements.
Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite records.
Communicate state/local stormwater, safety, and energy regulations to client personnel.
Consult with client to anticipate issues and improve efficiency.
Update regulatory onsite records, SWPPP logs, BMP maps and postings.
Communicate daily with supervisor and maintain client relationships.
Be proactive in learning regulatory requirements and problem solving.
Educate clients on Path Light Pro services and assist in value-added offerings.
