Job summary

Creature Comforts Brewing Co. is seeking a Spirits Sales Manager based in Atlanta to drive sales and distribution across Georgia and South Carolina. You will own territory plans, lead in-market launches, and build relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers to expand placements and core brands.

You will train distributor reps, manage budgets, track depletions, and ensure compliant promotions while traveling 25-40% to Savannah, Charleston, and across the territories.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of spirits sales experience with a supplier, distributor, or as a brand ambassador.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, cocktail history, and spirits production across categories.
• Experience launching new spirits brands or small-batch releases is a strong plus.
• Established relationships in the Atlanta bar/restaurant community.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and depletion reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Georgia and South Carolina sales plan to hit targets.
• Lead in-market launches of new spirits with sell-in plans and distributor education.
• Train distributor reps on spirits, cocktail applications, and selling stories.
• Monitor depletions, inventory, and forecast needs to prevent stockouts.
