Geopolitics Forecaster – Hourly Contract

Base pay range: $105.00/hr – $125.00/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: ~10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Produce structured forecasts on geopolitical events, risks, and regional dynamics
• Clearly document analytical reasoning, assumptions, and supporting sources
• Assess political, military, and diplomatic developments using open‑source intelligence
• Collaborate with expert forecasters to compare, refine, and validate predictions
• Support the design and evaluation of geopolitics‑focused forecasting tasks

Ideal Qualifications

• Background in political science, international relations, security studies, or related fields
• Demonstrated forecasting experience or participation in forecasting platforms (e.g., GJ Open, Metaculus)
• Strong ability to synthesize complex geopolitical information into structured insights
